RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ZOUTLET, your items are thoroughly checked before they are mailed out. Your satisfaction are very important to us.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We always have done our inspection of each item individually before mailing out to each customer. However, if you have received a defective/ incorrect item, please contact us and we will process it as soon as we can.
Z OUTLET will reimburse all postages for defected/incorrect item(s). Returns have to mailed back within 14 days of receipt. In the case that the item is out of stock, we will issue you a full cash refund, including the cost of postage you paid to mail it back to us.
Z OUTLET provides size exchanges for all items. (except for items under clearance and accessories). All returns and exchanges have to mailed back within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For all pre-order items, we allow free exchanges to other items if the product does not suit you well. Do drop us a mail and we will advise you on the return process. A credit note will be issued upon the receipt of your item. You can utilise this to purchase other apparels in the stores.
Credit note issued will not include the price of shipping initially paid. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.
Customers are highly recommended to mail the item via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. ZOUTLET will not proceed on with the return if the parcel does not reach us and are not liable for loss mails sent via normal mail.
All returns are final and further requests will be denied.
Kindly ensure that you notify us via email for the exchange request. We will not be able to process any uninformed exchange. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any lost parcel during the exchange process.
